Last night, I made the most delicious salad in the history of salads. Here’s a recipe for Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette. You can never go wrong with bacon but by adding plums, prosciutto, blue cheese, shallots and sliced almonds, you are making some serious salad magic happen.

I also made Salmon en Papillote with Dill-Yogurt Sauce this week with some salad with goat cheese and craisins. I loved the Dill-Yogurt Sauce and the wild caught sockeye salmon was perfectly baked…buttery and yummy!
